Description

We leave Arequipa at 8.00am and drive with a 4x4 vehicle in direction of the Patapampa until 5'000 m. From there we start walking to the base camp at 5'700 m. The next day we go all the way to the top peak, which takes between six and seven hours. After enjoying the surrounding landscape we go back down to the base camp and then to the vehicle that brings us back to Arequipa.
